From Design to Dispatch

Step 01
Design & Artwork Development
In-house design team develops print-ready artwork with clients. OEM branding and private label artwork handled with full confidentiality.
Step 02
Raw Material Procurement
Premium papers, films and substrates sourced from quality-approved vendors. All materials tested for weight, finish and print compatibility.
Step 03
Printing & Converting
High-resolution printing using offset and flexo technology. Die-cutting, lamination and holographic film application handled on-site.
Step 04
Assembly & Finishing
Bags, envelopes and cards assembled with quality handle attachment. Finishing includes UV coating, foil stamping and embossing.
Step 05
Quality Inspection
Multi-stage QC under ISO 9001. Each batch inspected for print accuracy, dimensions, finish quality and packaging integrity.
